Delete your account and data

You can request deletion of your Eclipse One account and associated personal data.

From the app

Open Settings / Profile → Delete account, review the consequences, confirm your identity if requested, and submit the deletion.

If you cannot access the app, contact support and use the subject Account deletion. Include the email address used for the account. Do not send passwords.

What is deleted

Account profile data, preferences and other personal data linked to the account should be removed unless retention is required for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations or legitimate accounting records. Aggregated or irreversibly anonymized data may no longer be linked to you.

Deleting your account removes your Firebase Authentication account and the associated Eclipse One profile and social data. Some information may only be retained where legally required.
